Just put a simple copyright note in your blog footer, edit the 'footer.php' file (using WordPress?) and that should deter most infringement, however, if someone does copy your work rest assured that Google will use your content and mark theirs as a duplicate due to when the content was published.
However, there are other ways to copyright your work. I for one use KopiMi (http://kopimi.com/kopimi/) whenever I release something, even this very post. Basically, it shows that you want to be copied. Meaning any tutorial or guide you post may be copied and pasted elsewhere. I like the Internet to be free of copyrights (because I like my Open Source things). It's completely up to you, but I wanted to make sure you knew other copyright systems were out there ~cool~
VB has a feature like this that adds a link to the topic if someone does copy a post from your site and in that post a link will be added at the end of the post they copied linking back to your site.
