Is your name sewn into the seat? Before riding the bus for the school year, do all the passengers have to sign an contract stating that they must never sit in that seat because it is your property?

It could be a matter of assigned seats. If that were the case, the bus driver is the one that should be told.

Ive never ridden a bus with assigned seats. You sit where there is room. The bus drivers job is to get you all to school safely. He/she couldn't care less where you are sitting.

It's actually very common. Around here, there's 2/3 bus drivers who give assigned seats. The other guy out of the three who doesn't is actually breaking the Bus Safety code or whatever it's called because it is required by their superiors to have assigned seats in case damage to the bus is made. This way, they'll know who did what.

My bus drivers were always too lazy to assign seats to us. I hated the bus too. So I either drove or biked.


Don't get mad over the little things in life. If you do that, life will be so short and meaningless. Enjoy the day and just let the little kids have your seat 🙂 Be someone they will look up to, not be scared of.

A bus driver at my school ran over this girls dog when she was about to get off at her stop... oh crazy bus drivers.

Last time I rode the bus I had to sneak on since they're charging $180 for a bus pass now.
