This week, we're releasing a set of upgrades to our trade feedback system that we think will help streamline exchanges. This is a follow-up from last week's Improving Exchanges update. We hope you enjoy!
Contact Trader - NEW!
We've added several buttons to the thread page in marketplace sections. These buttons include: Contact Trader, Trader History, Rate User, and Open Dispute. Contact Tradwe will open up a new PM conversation, so you can quickly and easily contact someone. Trader History and Rate User provide an easier to use experience for the trade system. Less clicks, quicker feedback. The Open Dispute button is also new, more on that later! Similar buttons have also been added to user profiles, under the avatar.
Trade Disputes - NEW!
If you ever need to open a trade dispute, we have added a quick and easy way to do so. Simply click the "Open Dispute" button on a user profile or exchange thread. You'll be linked to a new, private forum where you can post an exchange dispute. This includes a standardized template for your convenience. Take a look here.
Contact Button on Posts - NEW!
All posts have a new "Contact" button on them, which will open up a new PM conversation with the poster. Take a look below, on this post, in the bottom left corner. This was an improvement suggested in Community Matters. We hope you enjoy!
This wraps up our second round of exchange updates. We have other ideas in development, not just exchange-related, and we look forward to releasing them. As always, keep giving us your feedback. And have an excellent day!
