strict or laidback- which is better?

are you a strict admin or mod? share why you think strict rules are better than laidback rules and vice versa 😛

If the community is large I feel you need to be somewhat strict or things will get out of hand. With a smaller, new community I prefer to be more laid back. That's the type of person I am.

I'm more on the strict side really..if something happens that shouldn't have, then it needs to be solved with the same punishment as everyone else got before for doing the same thing. You do something wrong, then be prepared for the consequences.

But I am laidback when need be. 😉
