The first thing I noticed was that you say that your servers "support up to date versions of PHP, MySQL, and PERL". And yet, your PHP version is 5.4.X, the current being on the PHP 5.6.X branch. If it were me, I would be sitting on PHP 5.5. PHP 5.6 removed (or deprecated at least), most of the MySQL_* extensions.

With that said, https://strivehost.com/features/ - I would add the names of the software to the thumbnails. For some of them I had to hover over them.

Your engineering subdomain goes nowhere, as you've said, so I would be inclined to remove the dead links (or comment them out) until you're ready to launch that section. It looks bad, to me at least, to have links to "Directory of" pages.

Very good point. I will look into setting up PHP 5.5. I'm not sure that the cPanel support is quite there yet, though. I'll have to check.

Good idea. 🙂

Point taken. I'm working on this.

If it's not, it's not a big deal. I remember doing a PHP update on H4P recently though, that's the only reason I'm saying to update 🙂

Hi Cosmic!

Well, in my opinion, there is not much at fault, especially visually - looks clean, tidy and well organised from what I see at first glance.

This is just down to personal taste, but I would consider making your links "mouse overs" or styled so that they change colour when hovered over or clicked?

Secondly, all good as far as HTML 5 (doctype etc) .. but I see some old table structure in your code. Again, personally, I would be keen to change that into div containers myself?

Will have more of an in depth look through your site tomorrow, but for now, just wanted to provide you with some input from my end.

All the best,
Cal 🙂

-CloudLinux / BetterLinux would be something to look into. That will enable your clients to select the best php version for their needs. That way you can enable php 5.5 by default but still allow clients who need to be using older versions of php to do so.

-Love the simple design.

- Might be a good idea to share more information on you OVH server specs.

- Small typo here: ("and follows our very simply terms of service").

- You're going to need to work on your TOS a bit too. There certain types of sites which most shared hosts won't allow on their servers for a variety of reasons. It isn't just about legality and diskspace/ bandwidth use.

Is this a premium theme? I think I seen this theme elsewhere, I would recommend getting a custom theme made.

It's a custom theme. You may have seen it from a previous website of mine, though. 😛 That old project is now defunct, so for all intents and purposes, it's a custom theme. 🙂

I love the logo, however If I am going to be honest the theme seems very blocked and dated to be.

- Theres no dimension to the pricing tables, its just black text. Maybe give the table a lighter background of the plan color? So the basic plans background would be a lighter blue of that of its header color.

- It's lacking any kind of pop...It's just black text, nothing special or anything.

To me it just seems dated, nothing colorful or "eye-catching" to me.

The website is really good. I liked the color of the header section, it is attractive. I love the design
