Forum Pros:
Amazing skin! The skin looks nice and is very unique. It looks professional and does not distract me from your forum's actual content.
I like how you have a Downloads tab and a drop-down menu shows up when you hover over it. Looks great and professional.
Forum Cons:
Ah. Don't put Forum Games out there in the open. It looks bad and once this area gets bigger you don't want your Forum Games showing up as more active than some of your other sections. Make it a sub-forum of "Wanna Talk?" or something.
There are quite a few sections that aren't that active. Some of them don't even have any posts or threads in them. You should try to post 3-4 threads in all of your sections. That way people will have more to reply to and it will make your site a little more active.
Final/General Thoughts:
You should change your SOTW to Graphic Contests...That way you can have like Avatar of the Month, Photo of the Month, etc...It will allow you to have many different ____ of the month competitions.
Also, with your SOTW section you should make the Previous Winners viewable as a sub-forum on your forum's index. You should also think about making your first SOTW competition. Make it so the contest will close one week after the 3rd person enters. That way you can wait until you get some entries before it will close.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:
I disliked that some areas were either never posted in or didn't have that many threads.
You just need a lot more content and your site could be very successful!
