From the picture all I see is the downloading of a toolbar, but I could be wrong.

Yea you download the toolbar and it is a websurfing program, then when you want to send a site, click the "I Like It" button and put some tags in. Then people will see it when they click the green Stumble button

It'll probably take some time for the generated userbase IMO.

i've been using StumbleUpon for like 7 months now and yes it takes a while to add a site into their system. I can't say I've gotten members from it but I just added it like 2 days ago.

Yea, I haven't gotten traffic from it either, it really depends on how popular the tag is that you are submitting it into. I've gotten 500 views on one thread on my forum and 166 guests but no members from it yet. It definitely adds some traffic though.

StumbleUpon is great, I use it every day. It really does help get visitors, however alot of them usually just stumble on to another page without signing up. You neverknow when someone interested in your forums topic will stumble page though, and maybe even register. I give thumbs up to stumbleupon 🙂
