Sub accounts mod?

SMF has a version... But I have no idea how well it will work.
And I've heard that if you install it you'll likely need to disable error logging since in some versions the SMF sub account mod (while it still works) will throw so many errors that it bloats your logs.
(I presume anyway) that the account switcher mod for MyBB got removed because of a bug it was causing.
I still have a copy of the Account Switcher for MyBB so maybe it'd be possible for you to either fix the bug yourself or find someone to fix it?
(I'm not good enough with php to do it myself.)
Beyond that though, I have no idea of any other self hosted forum software with account switchers.
