sub domain and e-mail

I am currently selling sub-domains and e-mail addresses.
Sub-domains will be http://username(or name of your choice).tegdesigns.net/
or Sub-directory which will be http://tegdesigns.net/username (or name of your choice)

- They will come with WP installed.
I'm also selling e-mail addresses.
- username(or name of your choice)@tegdesigns.net.

Can I just point out that a sub domain would be http://username.tegdesigns.com rather than a sub directory which would be http://tegdesigns.com/username

I changed it and added a sub directory also.. Sorry, I didn't really know there was a difference.

Sub domains are set up in the control panel rather than just creating a directory in FTP. When you create a sub domain you can access it via http://username.tegdesigns.net or http://tegdesigns.net/username that is the only real difference. Will you also be allowing FTP access to the subdomain's directory? or will any file uploads have to go through yourself?

as they will have wp installed for those, all of their files, will be uploaded via WP.
