The users can submit as many links as they wish, but only one link will be paid.

You did not choose the correct category for the link. Usually we deny the link if this happens, but we have moved it to Bulletin Boards and activated the link.

OK, sorry about that. The categories were different from that of most site directories, so I just assumed that recreation was the same as general disussion. My apologize.
