First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Right, so let's get this review started. When I first visited Hogwarts School of Witchcraft And Wizardry, what stood out to me was the mouse. It was a broom instead of the regular pointer. This is a really neat and unique feature and I don't think I've ever seen it on a forum before to 2 thumbs up for that.
The theme looks alright, but I don't really like the banner of the forum. I think that the banner needs to blend well with the theme so that you do not see the corners of the banner, just like with your banner. If you took out the blue looking person in the background, the banner would blend much better IMO. A suggestion I would make for your theme is to take away the text navigation bar with the little images on the side and replace it with an actual image navigation bar.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
A thing I did not like about the layout was that the text near the top of your forum looked cluttered and unorganized. The "Hogwarts School of Withcraft and Wizardry" & "Welcome Abroad the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.Quills Away and Wands Out!" text should have been added to the actual banner. The "End of Term" box also has too much text there. I would suggest removing some unneeded text to make it look more organized and appealing. Other than that, the forums look very well layed out. The forums are in the correct area and the forum descriptions are nice and easy to read.

After seeing the group "Professors" it seems that you have a staff of 7 hard working members who are keeping the forum in line. Your staff treat members nicely and answer there questions in a kind and professional manner which is great to see. Well done with the overall staff moderation.

What was most liked about the website/forums: I really liked the broom stick mouse. It fit well with the theme and was original. Something different for a change.

What was disliked most about the website/forums: I really disliked the cluttered text at the top of the page. I thought that it could have been more organized.
