Saying it has 60 posts a day isnt really relevent, maybe thats the average overall, But, At the moment its having around 5 posts a day.

I think people see other forums getting sold for a nice amount of money and then think about selling theirs or setting up a forum with the sole aim to make it a bit successful then selling it and making a profit.

Offline, might be worth mentioning if you are also selling the custom website and forum style (over £50 combined).

Then how are they making a profit?

I think Christian just said that because if he includes 'custom style worth £50' when he is advertising it will bump the price up a bit.
