When I try to submit my signing, it wouldn't submit. Oh, and once it does start working, can we submit more than one forum?

It does work, click on the guide, it will tell you why it does that. And you can submit your forum every 10 minutes, and any forum or website that you want.
 
In that case, I submitted two different forums: Free Rider 2 Forums and ForuMansion. I'll submut two of my other ones later on.

Woops I didn't know I submitted it more than once...So it went 3 times by accident.
