It does look like a good site. But the statistics really don't add up. 169 members looks great at first, but with just "barely" over 1,500 posts, makes it look like members don't stick around for long.
Make sure you do as much as possible to keep members interesting, and wanting to come back for more.
Now is it me, or do you have to be a member to view the sub forums including the Forum directory?
If so, this limits the views on a person trying to advertise their site to only members. As far as I can tell, most of the traffic to one of these Advertising type forums is by visitors and not members. There doesn't seem to be any real benefit to listing ones site with your service if it's blocked to visitors. I for one changed my mind when I saw I had to register in order to view the forum directory.
Well, it is a pretty nice forum in my opinion of the first impressions. You have a great banner; it fits the theme that you have wonderfully. Pretty good theme, but I'm not fond of the gray background. As the others above stated, you need to get more posts flowing throughout your discussion forums. I also see you spelled 'Community' in 'Community Team' incorrectly; you spelt it as 'Commuity.' You have a bit too many discussion forums in your categories. Try your best to cut them down and place some into sub-forums- just remove some of the discussion forums that aren't even needed in your categories. Well, there isn't much activity in your discussion forums, and that's basically what you need to try improving in your forum the most. Get some activity flowing throughout your discussion forums, and try to keep all of your registered members as active as they can be. Overall, you do have a great forum; just try configuring it by acknowledging what is stated in this overview.
