ok i got pissed today when i called my cell phone company because of a problem with my phone, like a get a upgrade every year because it is the little plan i selected, so I was trying to tell this person who was helping me, but finally i just said 'you know what, leave it with me. I may just live with it or wait it out to the end of my contract and move to someone else'. and I was like immediatly trasnferred to her supervisor in seriously 10 seconds. i got kissed up to, and got the upgrade thing, so i get a new phone tomorrow. :cheer:

so yea lol anyone go through this stuff
 
I haven't been through this myself but fair play to the company, obviously they value you as a customer 😛
 
The best way to get them to listen is to say you want to move. If you call up and act nice and not mention leaving they think they still have you safe in the grasp. If you let them know that you are not happy (and especially if you relate to certain deals that other companies offer to show that you have actually looked into other companies) then they immediately take you serious in most cases.

yeas!!! lol

their way to get to live support is crap too you need to call the automated system and trick it, when it says you number and asks if that is the number, say no, and when you have to put in the number as the next step, i put in 1, wait for it, press one again, an then i am trasferred 😛
 
lol thats awesome. Wish I could do something like that with my parents so i could get a laptop...
 
Good for you! Most companies will try to keep you by giving you stuff if you tell that you aren't satisfied with some of their things.
 
I thought I had problems. All I need to worry about is these damn tests, so I should count my blessings. T_T
 
One of my supervisors (at work) is a control freak moron.

i got in a huge fight today because i went in and the people said oh you cant upgrade so i had to call again and it was a whole mess finally, they said if i stay with them, i will be given the new blackberry. the new red curve, I said ok and was A OK with that 🙂 its cool too
 
Way to go you!

I believe that companies should do their best to keep a customer satisfied, after all they can just take their business else where. So I am big with complaining, if I don't get the help I want from someone, I ask to speak to their manager and if I don't get a reply I want from the manager, ask to speak to their manager and so on lol.

But I also believe in telling a company when I get good business from someone too. Like for example was looking for some baby teething gel in the supermarker and a lady who worked on a different area went out of her way to help me find it. So I made sure I told her manager and asked if there was some kind of way staff were rewarded and was told the member of staff would get a free gift voucher.
 
yeah i have 3 phones to upgrade and it been about 3 weeks they still haven't sent them because they didn't put an address on it and now there says its my fault
