Support & help from your forum software provider..

Is software support/help important to you? Like getting help from your software's main support forum, through emails, tickets, phone support, etc..

Do you need support and help a lot?
Or are you a "do-it-yourselfer" and figure out most problems on your own?

Me personally, I tend to figure out probelms on my own but its nice to know that I can go somewhere and get the answers I need if I am in a bind.

That would be me. I asked for support at the phpBB community maybe...twice in the past three years.

I never ask for support for softwares such as phpBB. I prefer to Google it. I don't like asking on support forums because they tell you all the technical mubojumbo. I just want to know how to fix something without gettin all freaky with everything else going on.
