Sorry Supromote, but I have to go with Forum Boost for this, Forum Boost's design is impeccable.
 
For me it is supromote.

Why: Although I am not fond of the theme, I think it is better than Forum Boost's as FB's is too gray for me and Supromote's theme is pretty colorful. Also they a little more active, but that's not that much of a reason. Lastly, the theme for FB's has the forum centered weirdly so that is a turn off for me.

Vote goes to ForumBoost, both are great.. I like ForumBoost's look better.
 
Supromote because it is much more active although Forum boost's design is better.
