Surprise Announcement re Forum Promotion Ownership

Hi All, as you may know I regularly get offers to purchase Forum Promotion and I have always turned them down without any discussion. However, I recently received an offer to purchase the site from one of our members and we have finalised a deal today. Nerdie will be the new owner of Forum Promotion.

Everything happened very quickly but there won't be any drastic changes on the forum. I will be staying on as an Admin and Nerdie wants to maintain the existing staff and to continue running the forum in a similar fashion to how it has been managed to date.

I do love the Forum Promotion community and it is sad to be passing on ownership. My sincere thanks goes to all our staff and I greatly appreciate all the time and effort that you put into the site. I have made friends during my time here and I hope those friendships stay strong in the future. As always, if there is by chance ever anything I can do to help you, please don't hesitate to ask.

I do hope that the handover goes as smoothly as possible and that you will be as helpful and supportive of Nerdie as you have been to me over the years.

We will be making a public announcement on the forum very soon, but in the meantime please don't discuss the site purchase outside of the staff section just yet.
