Staff start threads & mingle, better sense of community, let members run their own groups, more staff involvement, new themes, more blog articles, offer freelance positions, interviews with makers of software, more promotional opportunities, have more events, more free things such as graphics and resources.


Have you had any issues that weren't resolved in a timely manner?

Yes=3 The 3 that answered yes had issues with staff communicating/reacting too slowly

Is there a Service you'd like to see on Forum Promotion or even brought back?

Newsletter promotion, supporting one another (CT visiting sites), new blog articles, digital marketplace, staff affiliates on index, FP$ to Cash conversion, Reviews for websites (besides forums).


Do you think that enough FP$ is given for posting?

Do you like the choice of the themes in the selector?

What would you like to see in future themes?

Custom, simple, more columns (wide), more options to change a theme, more colorful theme, classic FP, snow, swiss themed, ocean blue, light and dark together.


Is there enough to do within the community? If no, what would you add?

What other comments or suggestions would you like to add?

We need more collaborative cooperation, deals and offers from businesses to members, other external services offered, bigger contests like SBM would be nice, allow more members to have input on decisions through polls, return the FP$ to Cash services.

Cool, it's good to know that all the answers that I gave most of the other members are also picking the same answers with the most answers.

Awesome. Would be cool if you could report back later on with the staff's opinions on each suggestion and comment and see if we can find a plan for implementing some of these things. Obviously some things will take longer such as a custom theme but would be good to see what staff think of the ideas.

We try our best to keep staff discussions confidential and when it's time to introduce something new, that's when it gets announced openly. Doing these surveys helps us to know what our member's think and what their needs are going forward. Then we determine the best route to make as many people happy, but also remaining true to the vision of the site.

I'm glad we had several members doing this Survey.
Would any of the members like to elaborate on some of these responses? i.e. What sort of prizes they'd like to see. Events. Contests. Would help the Staff out in creating these events.
Members are always free to PM a Staff member if they have questions, comments, or concerns. We try our best to oblige. 🙂

The survey is closed now. Staff came up with the questions and we already have questions ready for another survey in the future. I think everyone's opinion matters even though we might not implement what they'd like.
