Pros
-I really like your boards color scheme. That metal-like silver looks really pretty, and it looks like a 'tech' theme so it fits your board well.
-The amount of staff you have is good to get the forum going, even if all of the staff are not active.
-You have a favicon, which is what many forums always forget. Lovely job with having a favicon.
Cons
-Only two of your boards have descriptions. That's not good at all; every board should have a description so that guests can be one-hundred percent sure what each forums content is.
I'm not a fan of your banner. Honestly, it's quite plain and the texts font is really overused. I would recommend that you go to the graphics exchange section of forumpromotion.net and get a professional banner made (for only a few fp$s).
-For such a new forum I don't think that it's justifiable for you to have two large advertisements below and above the forums. If you want my opinion, I would recommend that you move the top advertisement to the bottom and then get rid of the bottom advertisement.
-Some of your staff are not active. I particularly notice that some in your global moderator group have zero posts and have never even logged on. That's terrible; the staff on a forum set an example so if your staff are not active then how can you expect any users to be?
-I can't comment much on activity since your forum is relatively new, but I would recommend that you get some posts in the forums with zero posts in them. Having at least one topic in every board makes the forum a bit more attractive to guests/potential members.
Final/General Thoughts It's still new, so you have a lot of work ahead of you. Baby steps to get there
