First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
First impression.. Terrible banner. Well actually it looks fine for except one thing! Your banner shows up twice. You have it so it is like a background. It shows up on the left and depending on how wide your window is it keeps on showing up until your browser stops. Here is your banner:

You need to make it so it shows up once and once only. And make it centered! When I make my browser's window smaller it looks fine. Here is what it looks like:

So that definitely needs to be changed! Other than that though the banner is fine.
Also, your random fact. You should try making the random facts tech facts or science facts. Your site is about the paranormal so you should do something like that.
You could also change it to a Random thought. It would display a paranormal thought or a part of a paranormal story. You could even have your members submit a random thought and you could have it displayed!

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The Site/Forum section. This should be changed to something like "Suggestions and Feedback" or "Suggestions, Feedback, and Complaints". When I saw it I thought it was an informational section...That is until I saw the description of it.
You have a lot of sections. And that's not an exaggeration. However, your board is quite active and all of the sections have posts in them. Since you have so many boards you might want to make each category have it's forums listed alphabetically. It would make it easier to navigate. You would keep the sections, but everything would be in alphabetical order and it would look more organized.
Game Design. This really does not need it's own section. You should put Game Design in your Off Discussion section or make it a sub-forum of gaming.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Well, you have great statistics (no doubt!).
Total posts 47553 • Total topics 4234 • Total members 540
ASCII Art and Game Design are slacking though. They have a lot of replies, but not a lot of threads. Game Design has 25 threads and ASCII Art only has 7. However, they are pretty cool ideas so I wouldn't remove them. I would however merge them into another section or make them sub-forums. It would clean it up and you wouldn't really have any inactive sections out in the open.

Your 2 moderators are still in the Registered Users group. You should go to the Admin CP and make their primary usergroup 'Moderator' not Registered Users.
I can find no stray topics which is really good and I don't see anything wildly inappropriate. So as far as I can see your staff is doing a great job at maintaining your board.

What was most liked about the website/forums:
Well you know what really got me to like it? The content! For about 20 minutes I was looking through your content and the crop circle discussions were very interesting. I got side tracked by that. So I have to say that your activity was what I liked the best, and the content that your users post is what I liked a lot.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
I really disliked how the banner keeps repeating itself depending on how wide you make your browser. This needs to be changed. The banner is really the only unprofessional thing on your forum along with the two spelling mistakes.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I don't join anymore forums usually. However, I may join it in the future depending on how much free time I have. Your forum is appealing to my wonders and ideas about the paranormal.
