First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first time I clicked onto your site I was totally stunned. The forum theme is out of this world, the banner is amazing, and the purple on the board category names also really just looks incredible.

The green, orange, and purple words on the banner is also great looking.. to be honest, there isn't one thing wrong with your skin, your banner, your category colors.. absolutely nothing wrong, the appearance is just mind blowing, and if I were a guest, I'd register to your site right away.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Looking at the layout, I don't really see anything wrong at all here. I'd suggest you re-arrange the " Introductions " board a bit, as follows:
Category: Introductions
--Board:Announcements & Competitions
--Board:Welcome
--Board😛lease vote for us!

I also suggest you rename the board something like " Welcome to SwapitShop " or " SwapitShop HQ " or " SwapitShop Front Desk " because naming it " Introductions" doesn't seem fitting to me.

Scrolling through the rest of the board, I don't see anything wrong at all... although, on your bottom forum, where you discuss the forum, I really suggest you get rid of that "Report " board because reports should always be done privately with the staff and a member, not in public forums like that.

I also suggest that you just use a thread in announcements board to announce moderator vacancies, a whole board for it really isn't necessary.

Overall, you've got a pretty good layout, other than those tiny nitpicky things I hit you for.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The board was opened in December of 2008, and has 80,000~ posts and 5,000~ members. This is absolutely phenomenal. That's roughly 10,000 posts a month... great work! Keep up the promotion!

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You didn't provide me with an account so I couldn't see your staff team list but I found a topic called the " Current Staff List " so I hope this is accurate..

I see four administrators, and three global moderators. This is the perfect number of staff, but I really don't like the idea of four people with administrator access on one forum. However, if you trust them with that job, then all I can say is good luck with it.. and make sure your staff keeps active, posting at least 5 times a day.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Professionalism seems in order, but I notice a few grammar errors in your " General Chat " Category.

First:
The board description for " Gaming " is as follows:

Final Remarks:
Your forum is in great shape. It's really progressing quickly in membership and posts, with almost 10,000 posts a month, and with 5,000 members! Your forum is really doing great. I can't really suggest a lot other than what I already suggested.. just fix up those spelling errors, that's what bothered me the most.

What was most liked about the website/forums:
I really liked the appearance in all. The theme was just heavenly, the board colors and banner, were just amazing... the whole board appearance really blew my mind.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The spelling and grammar errors in your off topic boards.

How about you let the staff worry about that 😉

We've reviewed for the forum before, and they have members who handle their advertising for them.

The staff rule is so someone doesn't just request a review, just for the fun of it, wanting to see how someone else's random forum measures up.
