First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
As I click first onto your website, I am first caught to your banner. That banner is great, and your theme is exceptional. Only question is the favicon, not sure why it's an M when your site is called " Swapitshop lounge ".
You've got a great layout, I can offer a few suggestions, but other than that I would be obliged to register right away the appearance is absolutely phenomenal.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
You've got a pretty damn good layout, I like the advertisements placement, but I have a few board layout suggestions that may make your site a bit more condensed in boards.
Your " Welcome " Area where you have an Introduce yourself board is great, and I love having introductions at the top.
Your swap it area is perfect, free swapits is fine, and I see that you have the need to have that many boards in the swap it shop area.
General area, I would like to suggest you put your " Education " and your " News/Debates " area as child boards of the general chat board, because these two boards have less than 30 topics in each of them, which is a very little number for a huge board like your own.
Below that, the rest is perfect.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your board was founded in early 2007, and now it has 600k + posts and about 17k member. This is perfect. Nothing to suggest for you here.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I can't access a member list as you didn't provide me with a login name when I tried to register, it told me it needs to be activated by an admin, so I wasn't able to see your staff team, but I did some looking around and found a thread with a staff list, and it only shows 3 admins and 5 moderators. The amount of admins is fine, but the amount of mods is a bit low, especially on a site where people are trading and buying things. You should pick up some more staff.

I took a few points off due to the low number of staff on such a large board.

Final Remarks:
I'm usually very critical in my reviews, and you're my first review I've given a 90+ to. I really love your layout and your banner and theme, but the only thing I'm critical of is the boards in your general chat area, as I said you should move News and Debates and Education boards as child boards of General Chat.
Other than that, you're site is excellent.

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
If I was more interested in Swapping and selling things, I would join, but I'm really not into that.
I also am a little troubled by member complaints about staff inactivity, as I said- pick up a few new staff members, and pull from your VIP/Donator groups.
