First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I'm absolutely blown away when I first visit the forum. The skin is a one of a kind, and it really would convince me to join right away.
As I scroll down I don't see any appearance issues at all. The entire board is well organized and the appearance is just amazing. I do not notice any problems here, if I were a guest that wants to try to expedite selling their item on swapitshop, I would come here RIGHT away and register without any hesitation.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I am not noticing a lot of problems in this section at all. Perhaps you should consider making your first section have " News and Updates " first, then have Introduce yourself.. like so:
Category: Welcome
--Board: Announcements & News
--Board: Introduce Yourself
The swaps area looks perfect, as does free swaps, and swap it shop.
As for General, I suggest that you make Education, News, and Debates a subforum of Chat Section because it doesn't seem like Education News and Debates is doing to well in terms of posts and topics.
And, the last category, I suggest that you delete, and move " Its Your View " to the top, and put it inbetween " Announcements and News " and " Introduce Yourself " and then make Report central a subforum of It's Your View.
That last category really just clutters things up and creates unneeded and untidy extra space...

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The board was founded back in early 2007 and you have a total of over 650,000 posts and almost 18,000 members. You aren't doing anything wrong at all with advertising and promotion. Keep up whatever you're doing because it's working for you

From what I can see you have a pretty large amount of staff who are all very active and always welcome new members and answer members feedback/complaints/reports. Perfect score in this area.

Not seeing any problems other than some capitalization errors in your Education News and Debate description. Here is what it is :
Talk about school life, homework help or Share your thoughts and opinions on Current Affairs, Politics and Religion etc. here.
It should be:
Talk about school, request homework help, or share your thoughts and opinions on current affairs politics and religion here.

Your board is really just exceptional, probably one of the best or even the best one I've reviewed before. A 95 is the highest grade I've ever given a forum, so you can give yourself a pat on the back

Having a whole extra category at the bottom when you can just have one board in your first category.
