Not to be rude but i am not sure if anyone would buy it. Simply put proboards are not as popular as if you had a tld and your own hosting 🙂
But if you pas 25k i am sure someone would bid on your forum more than 20$

If you're referring to what Dave posted, he is saying that you do not have access to the website files and stuff. ProBoards is the actual owner of it. Staying on topic, at best, you could get $10 for it, but that is very unlikely.
