Swimming

I have a bunch of friends that swim, but I've never tried it personally.

Yeah same with Kino, I'm no competitive swimmer. I just like to swim sometimes, it's a great way to stay in shape.

Swimming is fun but I was never on the swim team. At my school the swim team wasn't considered to be one of the "cool" teams to be on.

I don't swim much as I get too busy. I sometimes go out to the beach with mates though.

Nah, I've raced before in the past, but never really been in an official competition or contest.

Not racing, Water Polo. It could be defined as competitive swimming I suppose. I get the best times on my team... Does that count as winning a race? 😛

Haven't been swimming in a while... not something that massively interests me though it is quite good fun.

I love to swim - I do a few lengths after the gym when I go - nice way to finish off and then a steam bath.

But miss the warm sea where I swam everyday 🙁

Also not competitive, but like Birdy I do enjoy swimming to keep on top of fitness. Find it a lot more enjoyable than sweating it out on the cross trainer. 🙂

Swimmers generally are pretty fit - it exercises all the muscles of the body !

Hmmm.... where is that at? Sounds familiar actually.

My big events are the long distance ones, the mile.

And to me, it sounds a lot like so. With the banning of some of the greatest suit, it is back to talent. Fine by me.
