In this guide i will explain some different ways of promoting your forum or site.

1. Traffic Sites - Ones like EasyHits4U or AutoHits are great for increasing traffic. To gain the most from these sites do what i do. Create a youtube video and link them to it. My video.
Note! Advertising networks such as Adsense, Adbrite, Bidvertiser etc frown on traffic boosting sites, so its not advised to link AutoHists and EasyHits4U directly to your forum or site.

2. Social Networking - There are so many different networking sites out there List. Just add loads of random people UbberAdder and update your status with forum changes.

3. Promotion Forums - There are many of promoting forums out there similar to this one. If you search through any promotion dedicated forum's promotion area, you will no doubt find links to others. My forum has a promotion section like others AnythingPromotionSection.

4. Directories - There are plenty of free directories out there that could help you promote your forum. DirectoryFree, TheFreeDirectory etc.

5. Sig Advertising - Advertising in your sig on popular forums/sites can be great for gaining members. Read the forums/sites rules before doing so because this can get you banned.

6. Paid Advertising - If your willing to pay you could go on a popular site/forum and advertise on there. If you look around enough i'm sure sooner or later you'll find a good deal.

7. Paid Posting - You can buy posts from forums like this one or buy them from websites. The more content you have, the more likely new members will join.

EasyHits4U have fake guests that visits forums.
It's a bit obvious i have used them for 2 years and not one guest and registered from them.

That doesn't prove anything. You could use it your whole life, and get no registered members from them. You may have a kite flying forum and the people visiting are money makers, so obviously you would not get members from them. Always remember that the people who use EasyHits4U are money makers, not your casual day to day user.
