First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I did the last review for your clan, and I must say the homepage still blows me away.
You still didn't correct the glitch that makes you log out when you want to go to the forum from the homepage, but this isn't that big of a deal.
Your homepage is one of the greatest I've seen, and you did an amazing job here. Excellent.
As for the forum, the theme looks great and the advertisement placement is superb.
First impressions are great and as a guest I'd be inclined to register and apply for your clan right away.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout isn't bad at all.. and it seems to be set up great.
One thing I will suggest is that you swap your " Synapse " category with the " Syndication " category. Your clan is a forum based specifically about gaming, so putting the gaming category before the off topic discussions category will be a good idea.
It also may be beneficial to consider adding an " Entertainment " area in your " Synapse " board to discuss movies/television and such.. this always works great on any forum so you're not spammed with it in the off topic area.
Other than that, your layout is pretty damn phenomenal and I really can't go about suggesting much.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your board was founded roughly a year ago and you've got 92 members and 21,000 posts.. This isn't too good but your board is a forum dedicated to your clan, so you can't really expect that much. I would suggest you post more often and get your clan members posting more frequently to jump start activity.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
As your board is a home for your clan, all I can really suggest is that you make sure the people with power in your clan are keeping that in check and not abusing lower members.
I doubt your board requires that much moderation as it is a forum for your clan, so although you've got almost 10 moderators/admins, and as a former clan leader myself I know having that many moderators/admins isn't a problem because of their positions in the clan.

Final Remarks:
You've got a great clan here, and as I said in the last review you've got a great homepage and an even better forum to discuss and plan clan events with one another. All I can suggest is that you make sure your clan is ran well and that your leaders aren't abusing power, and that your members are staying in check and loyal to your clan.

I really didn't dislike anything at all other than the organization of the categories, I suggest you swap the off topic area with the gaming area.
I also really don't think the theme is too good honestly, and I would suggest replacing it.
www.ipbforumskins.com has some GREAT themes, I would suggest Carbon, it looks great for a gaming clan, it's what my old clan had
