First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
First thing I see when I pull up the website, my eyes get drawn right to that " Searchfiles.US " advertisement, which is really , really, ugly, in my opinion, and it draws people away from your great banner and theme. I really suggest if you need to generate revenue or put up advertisements, that you place them at the bottom, not up top.
The theme is also very good. I really like the glossier themes a lot more than I like the plain, non rounded ones. I know many people share this opinion with me.
There's not much more to say appearance wise.. really, that advertisement is what caused your point deduction in this area. Try to move it to the bottom.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
For the General Category area, I really think you should move that Chit Chat board out of there, as with Requests, and Promotional Offer. The first area of the forum should show a member that they can Introduce themselves, it should show them the forum rules and information, and it should give them an area to suggest things for your forum, and that's it. The rest of those boards can go elsewhere.
The next category looks good, nothing wrong here, though it may be beneficial to combine a few categories, or even split it in half, because it seems so large and overwhelming.
GFX area looks good, as does the Troubleshooting category.
Tutorials also is nice, seems to have a lot of posts and topics there.
One thing I always have a pet peaves with is those Trash Bin boards. When you delete something, it should either stay deleted, or go to an area only staff can see, not sit in another board.

Unfortunetly, I'm not able to find your staff list, but from the posts I've read, and from the member profiles I've looked at, your staff appears to be very professional, and is very intune with the forum membership, and runs the site perfectly.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Not noticing any professionalism or respect to member issues from you OR your staff, but I have noticed this problem in literally EVERY board.
Post any sort of Requests.Share Your Problems, we may be able to help. Cracks and other Warez request will not be entertained.
The period is there, then it says " Share Your Problems " right after the period. This is seen in every board, there is a period, then a letter right after the period. There should always be a space.
There's really no other grammatical or spelling issues, other than that. Good job being a professional admin, and kudos to your staff.
