eh. Aren't you false advertising? Not trying to be mean, but I don't think you're the number 1 discussion forum site. My suggestion is, please change your slogan.

I don't get how that's false advertising. Many businesses out there claim to be the best one for people thus I can do it for my forum too.

Hmm...I might no be much,But I can say I have some basic knowledge on web design XD
The logo is ok,The text,Its better if it's white IMO(Sometimes the more simple it is the better it looks)
The banner color,I think it should be lighter to fit with the rest of the buttons,And you could consider on using a gradient map (light blue to blue)
The rest are fine.These are just my opinions,so its fine if you like it in your way XD
