Great article, enjoyed reading thanks for share, Id like to point out there is a link which seems helpful for people sharing, but the link doesn't allow regular users to read, it says you are not authorized to see this thread!! ~Ill Paste the part with missing link here>>>>>"Make sure you read this though or you could end up hiring a bad person.

The read this with link is not allowing unauthorized person.

Very detailed and useful guide. It just dawned on me that I've been back for months and I have not created an Interview thread yet! Still need to do that! Plus I'll fill out the rest of my profile information as well. Jeez, nearly 800 posts on this forum and I'm missing some points! And I've originally been a member since 2008! Yikes!

Thanks and they removed that thread so I've removed that line. It was basically saying you need to be careful when your hiring and try to find people who have references from others, long standing positive reputation and be careful how much access you give too people.

These are some great tips. I highly recommend them.
