Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
First off, a very well designed forum. Nice design and colors, it feels 'modern' as most graphic sites always go with the dark, night colors.
The Youtube box is pretty cool, but in the way. I suggest moving it to the bottom of the forum because the advertisement plus the Youtube box does not work in the header (And takes too long to scroll past each time).
The box that talks about new image hosting is just below an ad about free, professional, 24 7 monitored image hosting by a separate website. I'd change the ads that are allowed to be displayed in Google.
Overall, very nice theme and colors! Shows what it stands for.

Site Layout
The forum "General Chat" is right smack dab in the beginning of the Graphics category. I feel it would fit better in the "General" category right next to technology, as it is the only one under that category at the moment.
The side bar is nice but I would make affiliate ads limited to one size only because right now it looks messy with three different sizes.
Everything else is very nice, I need to commend you on the "Film and Media" category. It is very nice and with very descriptive forums.

Statistics and Activity
Pretty good activity for opening up this year. You have a couple of active posters and a few open topics. I'd recommend opening up more topics for members to reply to and to get conversation going. The better members know eachother, the more they will be willing to engage in conversation.
I'd also promote a contest get more activity, just keep doing what you are doing as well

Staff Moderation
You are very overstaffed at the moment. A couple of moderators and 2 Administrators. Your community isn't disorderly and looks pretty easy to manage by just one person. I would recommend against hiring any new staff for a long time from now to keep your member to staff ratio good.
It looks like every member of your staff are good at their job and keeping the place clean and moderate.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
You have some really great forum descriptions. They are descriptive, long, but get to the point. Very good job, I really like all of them and I see no grammatical error
🙂
I think the line in the "General Chat" forum about keeping topics clean should be removed. If you state it in your rules, it is redundant to state it again and just makes it look just a little bit unprofessional.
A very professional and great forum. Good job on the spelling.
