This isn't a bump but we are upgrading our software to a 100$ forum software so you can't create a forum, but only view the home site, you can't see any forums!

Do you provide back up data and can the back up be transferred if someone wanted to move their forum to a different host?

As with a lot of free forums, what's the guarantee that if you decide to close the talkaforums people won't lose there forum work? Just for info please 🙂

Oh and while I'm here can I just let you know that we no longer allow members to just use the word "bump" any more, I know you haven't recently but I noticed it in older previous post 🙂

Question 1 answer: depending if that forum host accepts it, some don't. We do allow link changing, so if your url was for example: test.talkaforums.com you could change it to newname.talkaforums.com 🙂 And we backup all forums every saturday or sunday, I might be changing this to daily, depending how many forums we get. 🙂

Question 2 answer: I can't see us closing soon! This has been a years worth of a personal project and, its my life basicly :lol:

And sure 😀 Hope to see you there! And if you do register a free forum, you will have ad-free until Friday (tomorrow for me) but I'll change it on my Saturday, americas friday.
