As said i would make the forum visible to guests so they get to look around and see how the place fairs out. Its much more likely you will gain members this way, also i dont think the banner suits the skin, so either change the skin or get a new banner for the skin.
Also i see you have some custom buttons but you haven't got a complete set (up top), i would suggest getting a full set as it looks like your forum is not yet finished and ready for release.

As said, definately let guests view, because most people, if they can't view it as a guest, won't bother to register to view it, whereas if they see it as a guest and like the chat and the community, then they're likely to join!
Work on the skin/banner combo too, people judge a forum by its skin and banner, and if they don't like them they probably won't stick around!

1,500-2,000 posts APIECE!!!! And, about 70% of the member base is 0 posts, and actually seem more like multiple accounts.
I got banned from there, cause made some comments about the admin's spam, and ridiculous sig sizes. 3 admin's sig sizes were 700 X 1600
yes, that's right 1600 pixels in hieght for their soignatures. And when complaints were made; staff told members they weren't changing their sigs. -bigeyes-
