Targets

Do you set targets for your forum to achieve constantly such as 10000 posts by September of 15 members by next week or do you just run the forum without any targets?

All the time, I always set a target of 100+ members a month, and for the past couple of months its been done! -🙂-

Aw man. I wish I could do that. Right now I'm trying to find some time to get my board up. 🙂

I don't really set short term targets... For me it is just like 1700 members by my birthday or 60000 posts by Mid August and so on. I don't set targets like over 150 posts a day as some days vary because of it being weekends and summer or winter and so on so somedays you may get less but some day you may get 300 a day so doing it over a longer period of time is better.
