First Impressions - (Out of 20)
Immediately arriving on your forum draws my attention, it's very unique, and somewhat hypnotizing. I like the risks it takes. Not many general chat forums go with a dark theme, at least not many i've seen, and you seem to make it work better, much more appealing than many i've seen before. I'm usually not fond of icons in board descrptions , either, but , again, you pull it off with style, and the forum woulsn't feel the same if you had to remove them.
The banner is a key source of eye candy, guests should take notice, and browse to see what else the forum has to offer. Everything is just pitch perfect, i can't call anything out from my first impression; but, it's me, so i gotta find something, and it's actually an issue needing to be addressed.
Your category titles. I think if you actually clicked back to your forum, and read them, you'll probably kick yourself for leaving them so generic ... "About, Main, Webmaster, Other". Yes, this can be a huge eyesore, when guests/new members are browsing through, to read waht each section is about. You need something more recognizable, with a personal touch. They read like they're the default setting to the forum. But, that's all i can seriously call out that needs to be changed

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
This obviously isn't your first rodeo, in foruming. If it is, then you have experience moderating or being active on previous well made forums. Everything is in top notch order, and exact;y where everything should be according to your forum layout.
As said earlier, the board icons work like a charm. You barely even need text in the board descriptions, cause the pics represent them perfectly. One thing, though, that the pics do make the board descriptions feel a little empty, with the empty space under some that are only 1 sentence long. Sone of them, you may want to add an extra sentence in the description to fill in some of the gaps, adding a little extra depth to the forum's main page. The feedback board is a perfect example of how long you might want to make each decsription. I think you'll be suprised with the results once you try and implement this.
Plus, i notice there's a sub-board under science & technology in the description, but other forums with sub-boards, aren't listed, especially from the promotion board. Which would make the forum much easier to navigate from the home page.
The dislike i have, though, is the infamous chatbox. Even though it is placed at the bottom, out of the way, just seems unecessary for a chat forum. chat "box" ... chat "forum" ... just seems there could be some discussion topic for making a chat conversation. but, if the members are happy with it, then go with it, just be sure it's not the hang-out of the forum. Alot of members will reside in the chatbox, and lose interestes in the rest of the forum after awhile; many forums have fell victim to this.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
I still find it hard to believe the forum has only been opened for 6 weeks. The stats you've acquired are amazing. No admin could ask for a much better success for the beginning fo a forum. 133 members, and over 4,300 posts, averages out to almost 35 post per member; over 20 members per week, and at 600 post per week. Great accomplishments to be proud of.
Just one negative note, it's just strange to see the "most users online" at one time only 10. Nothing you can help, just thought that was out of place, compared to your stats.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Your moderating team is very welcoming to new nembers, and take part in all discussions across the forum. Very dedicated, and loyal to the forum. You've got a good number on the admin/mods to member ratio. Good to see on the active users list, about every 3-4 members, there's at least one staff member online.
Though, with your forum's activity, and potential growth, you might soon be understaffed; you should be making preparations to add either one or two more staff members when your activity get even bigger.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
I've taken plenty of time getting around the forum, and not much that can be commented on for any spelling or grammar errors within the forum body. And i've suggested adding alittle extra to some of the shortened board descriptions. In the new members board, instead of saying "introduce yourself to staff and "the" members. Make is more personal, and change to "our" memebers.

Final Remarks:
What else can i say, your forum is really interesting, and very well organized. your got your forum's statistics to high numbers early in it's life, and doesn't seem to be fading anytime soon.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The entire set-up, high forum statistics for a newer forum, and the general feel i got from the community.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The chatbox. Those that know me, know i just don't dig chatboxes.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I signed up while browsing the forum, and couldn't help but get involved wiuth the community, and i'm not too big on chat forums, myself. You've got something really big going, just don't think it's over, yet. there's alot more to come of your forum, but you gotta keep doing what you're doing, and more, to surpass any expectations you had on it.
