TCGStash Business Proposal and Business Plan
TCGStash - Partner & Staff Search
After many different attempts on starting a successful business I think I have found a mini gold mine! BUT will need a lot of support and dedicated people to make this happen.
My name is Rick and I will be discussing and proposing my business plan dealing with TCG also known as Trading Card Games.
The Domain is www.tcgstash.com and will hopefully turn in to a well known market place for buying and selling trading cards.
TCGStash will be a online market place where you can buy and sell trading cards their self and accessories from around the world.
We also have a few different idea's and approaches to this, which I will discuss with the actual partner who decides to partner up on this.
The way TCGStash will work is a member will end up coming to the site and noticing it will look a lot like eBay but with a twist.
TCGStash Marketing Strategy and Plans
TCGStash will have a blog plus a forums to help improve SEO, we will also pump money in to google ad-sense to help out even more.
NOTE: This is mainly to help some income for the site and the process of advertisement cost.
I will also be selling trading cards and accessories via eBay and Amazon to help with the funding of this business.
Who and what am I looking for from a partner
I'm looking for someone who is dedicated, motivated, and excited to get this going.
Someone who can help out with the cost of things but is not needed
Coder would be fantastic
I'm looking for a front-end and back end-developer who knows html, php, mysql well and who can preform tasks done quickly (this is a paid position).
I may also need a few staff on site to help with admin duties but not going to pick any Jim, Bob, and Harry, you must be known and trustworthy for this position.
Funds that will be invested and is needed
I found a great script that costs around 50 dollars
I also found a great forums software that cost 25 dollars
SEO will cost the most, I would say 100-500 depending how many keywords we get would depend how much we spend a day.
