Pros: I like how you took on board my comments on my previous review, I like you have added a favicon, the logo has improved since last time but feel it needs to stand out more as it blends into the background too much.
Your overall layout is good and your topic descriptions, tell users exactly what each forum is about. If anything your rules should be part of your community section, and most forums including this have rules as a global announcement there is no need for them to be in a separate forum.
Cons: I feel you lack a few forums, such as a support & feedback forums for user who have questions to ask etc. You have been open 24 days and have 140 posts, which is less than 6 post a day, a forum will never survive on such little activity, you as an admin should have at least your total post count alone. (EG a forum opened 2 weeks ago and has over 2,500 posts).
You took the time to have your forum reviewed before opening, you should also made sure you had loads of content for when you went live, you need to get a load of posting exchanges done, look at posting packages and also you need to be active every day posting new topics for users to reply to.
Final/General Thoughts: You have a lot of work to do to make this forum successful, besides the low activity, little things like ranks and avatars are what makes a site, especially for an admin, text ranks are basic, look at getting a rank set done to fit your site. All is not lost though you can easily build your post count up like I said above, I would be willing to help you by doing a post exchange and also with your ranks.
