I'm all sorts of confused on what is happening here. It actually sounds pretty awesome if a stay at home wife can manage to pickup an online income somehow in order to support the family more.
In some countries, the government only relies on referrals for hiring for intelligence agency jobs, so these housewives have powerful boyfriends who are stealing the data of other online workers, and making fake claims about their housewife friends to get them no work, no investment government jobs, while the online worker is criminally defamed.
The main problem is that these housewives do not want to spend time in front of their computer or even smartphone working, openly their own paypal,online, bank account , they are only robbing the data of hardworking online workers, and then falsely claiming that they are doing the work, to get no computer work government jobs while the online worker, is criminally defamed and denied the fundamental right especially the right to equality.

Aren't there managers or supervisors to check on the work? Most companies do that.
I've heard of this happening before. I watch Trilogy Media on Youtube and they crack down on scammers, one case involved a woman who lived in the United States who worked for a scam call center that had offices in India. In some cases, unknowing people fall victim to these scams and end up scamming others out of their hard earned money as well. Though the one I mentioned above the woman was well aware that she was helping these people scam victims and didn't care.
No the government only looks at the social status of a person while taking decisions, so high status well connected people are openly involved in financial fraud, which can be legally proved checking their bank details.
