Your Quick Review
Pros:
Right off the bat, I love the banner, and the little slogan, technically speaking. Very nice, and clever choice for your theme.
The skin is quite dark, but still looks really good, along with nice text link colors; and good board icons. Though, the renders do look a little choppy arund the edges of your icons.
Cons:
I really don't know where to begin, for a quick review, I'm going to have to try and get as much covered as possible. For starters, under your Rules & FAQ title,
Read them,or you may be banned. That is NOT the kinda message you want to send out to members & guests. In fact, I feel you're wasting space by making 1 board, just for that one Rules topic. It should be a sticky in your announcements section, and globally displayed at the top of every page listing. Yes, I'm sdaying that board is completely not necessary.
The Community section does not belong in the first category, unless it has to do with community issues, not community discussions. The board should be moved to the "Other Stuff" category.
Also, you categories seem unorganized. Computers, and Website Design are pretty similar, especially the fact they both involve computers ... and have to do with technology. So why is it placed 3 boards below the Computers section. You forum goes from ... announcements --> tech stuff ---> tech stuff ---> off topic ---> tech stuff ---> honor stuff. See what I'm saying. You wan't to keep your sections, about your forum theme close to one another.
Now, theres a mess of grammar issues, and pointless board descriptions on the forum. I'm talking about every single board description needs to be redone. I can't point out each one, cause this will take too long. But I'll point out a few ....
New?Say hi! <--- ANYTIME you use any punctuation, whether it's a period, comma, semi-colon, question mark, etc... it must ALWAYS have a space come after it. Plus, as I said about the poor board descriptions, these 3 words in it does not thrill me to want to introduce myself. Make the description more personal to members. Look around at other forums, and their intro board descriptions; it may help inpire you.
Which one fansanted you today?Discuss here! This was under Gadgets. I'm assuming you were going for the word "fascinated". Plus, don't forget the space after the question mark.
Images under the board title ... yup, Images. Got to be a little more specific. Do members post images, share images, disacuss about images. It just looks very lazy.
We love e'm. Under Console Games. have no idea what "e'm" means. Why not just type out the word, "them"? And can't believe this hasn't been noticed yet, but there's more. Say something about games in the description. same thing goes for all your board titles. Say something in the description that is relevant to the board, not the first thing that pops in your head.
Final/General Thoughts:
Listen carefully. This is not about trashing your forum. It seems like a good forum, what I do, here, is help members, especially newer forum admins head in the right direction. Your forum's got potential, but needs a lot of work and improvements. I spent alot more time than I should have reviewing this, but I am seriously trying to help. Also take into account this is only my opinion; and can change when I see better improvements, and you request again.

I can't get it out of my head, how these board decsriptions were made, and never proofread, or given more thought. The forum's been up for almost a month, and there are some very bad grammar and spelling mistakes. As well as very poor choice of wording for making each board sound interesting and inviting for members & guests.
