Tech Support Team

You're beginning to do really well, obviously not as well as some of the contenders out there, but if you keep things up, you'll definitely be wlel up there with the others.

Good luck ~smile~

Thanks for the comment mate, much appreciated.

I've just seen the feedbakc you've got from the crowd at freeforums.org, very good.

I'd like to see that cetegory [mod] installed, i think it would really boost your forum up.

Good luck ~smile~

Keep it up! - a few months ago when i used to check your forum, all i saw in the "active members" box was several admins and moderators, now i see admins, and several registered members, nice to know you're starting to get a variety of members - not just staff ~smile~

Also, the gallery [MOD] is a nice touch, gives the user something interesting to look at on the main homepage. Still no category separation mod? that's a shame, because i can see your site doing really well with it...

keep it up, and good luck 🙂

Thanks Christian.

Well, the 'Malware Forum' will be the busiest, as it is on most sites. So many users are getting infected these days that some computer support forums have closed their malware forum temporarily.

Yes, the gallery (Photopost) is the best gallery software out IMO, and easily integrates with vBulletin so you can use the same login details.

We won't be installing the separate categories mod as I'm not too much for it and like how the categories are set out.

Regards Jason

i'd hold a poll about your separate categorys. Isn't it better to consider what the members want, before what you prefer?

Also, another suggestion i thought of was adding a background image with a low optacy. Perhaps an image of a computer keyboard or some computer components. I personally think your theme is a little plain at the moment, and needs something to liven it up.

We may look into changing the style, however as my good friend Howard_Hopkinso said, were a computer site, not a graphics site.

I understand that your own style is good and makes user feel more at home, however many tech people will not pay attention to that and will be more interested in getting their problems solved, learning new things and just chatting with other people.

We will be having better features in time, so TST will be more than just a forums -😉-

Regards Jason 🙂

a new style eh? this should really give your site that extra kick ~wink~

i look forward to seeing it, keep us posted

Well, I don't know when were having one -- but I'm in touch with a few designers atm.

Regards Jason 🙂

Welcome to our newest member, geohen1

Promising times ahead, as we have an homepage in development, as well as a downloads, guides ect...

We've also had lead developer of a-squared antivirus software (http://www.emsisoft.com/en/) come to the forums -- were looking to have a sub-forum for a-squared support and updates, moderated by the a-squared team. Not only that, we have invited a few other top companies, such as Zone Alarm, Symantec and more....

Thanks!

Regards Jason 🙂

The site looks fantastic with the new style. I reckon you'd benefit from filling in the right hand side with more content from the sidebar,

other than that, keep it up -razz-

Yes very nice site indeed. I love the styles color scheme and also the amount of posts you have on the forums.

Keep up the good work. -D-
