First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
To start this off mate, at first, I thought this was going to be just another forum with a plain template and such, but you really proved me wrong. Once I clicked that link, I was astounded. The first impression of your forum is great. The colors really blend together and you have great icons. I would suggest just a little more color in the forums part of the site because most of it is just white. I'm not sure if you can change that or not, but it would be a great addition. Now, on the other hand, the large ad you have at the top advertising the 3 free months of ads is a tad too big. If I were you, I would cut that in about half so the members can enjoy a little less clutter. Overall, your forum has a very, very nice style and colors, but I would cut down the ad at the top and add in a little color where all the forums are.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
As far as the site itself, it is constructed very well. Everywhere is easy to access and I had no trouble navigating the site. The same goes for the forums part of the site. All of your forums match your categories and you have great sub-forums for your forums, but you kind of went off in the Hardware section. For the TV's forum, you gave it 3 sub-forums, all the name of a type of TV. You will never get the activity you want in those 3 sub-forums. I recommend taking them out completely. Overall, the layout is nice and little can be done to improve it.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Current Stats: Total posts 350 • Total topics 132 • Total members 52. You said that your forum opened late July? Well, to be honest, you should have grown a little more than this so far mate. That's almost 3 months your forum has been open and you are averaging 10 members a month? I don't have a clue what you are doing, but what ever it is mate, it's not working. You want to try to submit your site to search engines, promotion forums, and perhaps put it in a few competitions to get traffic. You could also try Traffic Digger, but that doesn't really help that much. Overall, your Stats and Activity is really low. Try to get that up before a follow-up review.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
First off, just want to give you a heads up that your test account is in the admin group. That needs to be fixed soon. Alright. This may be one of the few forums that I have reviewed that is understaffed. You have a Graphics Team Leader, an Admin, and a Global Mod. Even tho you have 52 members, you should at least have a leader and a member for each group
but admin. I would go on and get those positions filled.
I do not see any moderation going on at the forum, because there is no reason for it. All of your members are clean and great, with no need of moderation. Yet.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
As I stated in the first section of this review, the forum shocked me. The professionalism and maturity of the forum really caught me off guard. I say that this is a good example of what most big companies' forums should look like. It is very user-friendly and great to surf.
As I scanned for spelling and grammar mistakes, a few came up. I will list them for you. "Other Coding Languages" Description needs to match the rest of the Coding Forums Descriptions in terms of capitalization. "Cool Links/Websites" Description needs a little more flare. If you fix those two, I think that would be all of it!

Final Remarks: The forum is great and has a great potential. You were so close to having a higher mark, but your statistics really pulled you down. Work on those, and request a follow-up.
