I know the logo has been mentioned already, but you should probably be careful about replacing the "a" with an image. Some people might think your site name / URL is http://technicianinbox.com i.e. without the "a".
Do you not allow guests to view your forum posts?
Some of the white text in your heading areas looks a little blurred against the blue background, e.g. the "TRAINING CONTENT COMING IN 2011" - maybe you can make it a little sharper. It would also be easier tor read if you used title case, as in "Training Content Coming In 2011".
Hi Fergal, thank you for your advice. Much appreciated.
In regard to the TIAB forum, this is a private forum where paying members will have access to 12 training courses in the year and all the support they need to get these businesses up and running.
So its more of a support forum than anything else.
I would like to invite some members for free.
They will get free access under of the following circumstances:
1. They become content providers, supplying training content in their area of specialism
2. They support the training content they supply by answering members questions in the forum
I am also looking to form strategic relationships with forum masters who have the means to connect the technicianianbox product with the relevant audience.
I'd be happy to discuss the target market demographics for TIAB when you feel it would be convenient.
Right now the affiliate commission structure is set at 50%, but i'd be happy to discuss an uplift if you feel confident about preselling this product.
Thanks for your time and advice.

Stephen, if the forum is private then perhaps you should not link to it from the home page. Alternatively you could place a note on the forum homepage explaining that it is private and how to pay for membership. Showing the "Access Denied" message, makes it appear as if there is an error.
Will the forum be exclusively for computer technicians?
Ok thanks for that Fergal.
I have removed the forum from the menu.
You have to now go to the members area menu to get access to forum and that requires to be a member.
I am opening the forum up to people who want to earn money using technician skills. By "computer technician" i do not mean "computer repair technician". It means people who use computers in a "technical way to earn cash".
I also welcome anyone who has technical skills to share with members. These would be content providers and would gain free access.
