Pros: Your forum is doing well in some areas. I like your theme; it's very appealing and easy on the eyes. Your layout is also very concise and organized. This makes your forum easy to navigate.

Cons:
The first thing I notice when I load your forum is that you don't have a logo nor banner at the top. I would not recommend having only your forum's name in plain text in the header. Your forum's header is very plain. Your header has to strike people and help your forum stick out in their minds. I would recommend having a banner or logo of some kind made for your forum.

Another problem I notice on your forum is that nearly all of your forums are empty. You need to work on making topics in most of your forums before you open. If you open your forum when it's completely empty, then people won't have anywhere to discuss anything. Your forum will also look very empty to prospective members. I would recommend getting a friend to help you post some topics in each forum to spark discussion in the beginning. I may also recommend doing some post exchanges to give your forum some start-up activity.

Forum's strong points: Your forum has a great theme, and your layout is also very good.

Improvements to make: You need a header. You also need to get some topics made in your forums to spark some discussion when your forum starts getting members.
