First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your site looks cool from a first glance, I like what I see and I recon it really deserves a good look over to see what your forum can really offer. For starters love the banner and the forum as a whole looks nice, but I have to say love the detail you put into the icons and buttons around the site. So lets have a look and see what you have on offer around Chatbam, with my trusty magnifying glass I can take a good look around the board.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your site layout is strong and well setup, as it looks like you know what topics and sections are best around the board. While your forum really looks a treat with all the nice pictures and effects around the site. Lets start with your banner, real nice and a nice eye catcher with the text being a nice touch. While the icons and buttons are a nice touch to the green and white effect you have on. Plus I did notice the effect you added to the green bar nicely done THT.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your statistics are decent but could be a little better, you have been open a month now and as a general chat site you can normally drum up more members and activity then what you have. But as I did say you have done a nice job thus far, and it’s worth a good mention that your efforts up till now. As for activity around the board, most of your forum is good, but some areas of your forum are rather lacking in activity. Start a few topics yourself in these sections to make some more activity in them.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You and your staff are what I like to say good, you all act in a professional manner and you know how to enforce the rules properly and strait to the point. Plus all your staff members always show respect to all members of the forum, which is the mark of a real working forum. Not much more to say here other then a job well done, where you get your staff from the king’s palace?

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Spelling and grammar on your forum is first rate, with not even the sign of a full stop out of place. Trust me I checked topic descriptions, guides, rules even staff posts. Dang good job you and your staff have done on the site, glad to see someone checks there work before it goes public. Only 1 thing I could suggest that is your forum’s topic descriptions, they need some more life in them they are rather bland and boring. They only say what is needed in as little words as possible, make then a little funny or at least more descriptive as to offer more of an explanation.

Great site as your off to a solid start and you done much better then most would on a start off, keep it up and one big active site is just around the corner.
