Hey all. I own the domain chatbam and I am looking forward to start with a WHOLE NEW THEME, RANKS and board.

I deleted the old site and hope to start clean.

The site will include:
General Teen Advice
Dating & Relationships (Advice)
Sexuality (Advice)
Depression (Advice)

Off topic Areas:
Teen Chatting (General)
Surverys and Questions (Fun Forum)
Forum Games (Forum Games)
Media (Media)
Education and Careers (Advice/Chat)

Any suggestions for themes and anything to add?

You are going to use phpBB? If so, get a kind of kiddies design, bright but not that colourful so it burns users eyes. Just stick to the main things but add a misc. board as users may want other help, but good luck with the site.

And yes, phpbb will be my software of choice. I do not want the theme to be all kiddy, but colorful, as it will contain (I hope) a largely diverse population of users.

I always thought of doing something like this myself.

With the right amount of work and promotion, you can definitely have something going there.

Not as many of these forums out there as there are general, promotion and gaming. I think...

Try adding an introduction section at first? Or maybe a Pre-teen/ New teen section for the kids just getting to their teens.
