First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your theme does not look too bad, but it is very dull, but the category headers to spice it up a bit. The little icons next to each forum annoy me. They just lengthen the page, and clutter it up, plus they dont really fit into the theme. Your is very simple, but it is great because the text colour really fit's in with the theme, using the same secondary colour as the rest of the theme. However, your slogan is very weird. "You're here because you're just that cool". It sounds very weird, maybe you could keep what it represents, but word it differently. I like the guest box that you have, the text is easy to read, and it fits in well with the rest of the forum.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your basic layout of your site is great, you dont have many forums, and 3 categories. I would suggest that you remove the Other category and just place all forums into the Lounge category, as the Other category has no purpose whatsoever. Apart from that, your forum is setup well.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Looking at the posts, you have a fair few for a General Discussion forum, many don't make it that far, well done on that matter. To further this matter, being open for a little over a year, and achieving the size you are at now, you seem to be going very strong. Looking at who has been online, you have a fair few active members, so congratulations on that matter as well.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
By the looks of it, you have 4 active staff members on your forum. I really think you should consider hiring maybe 1 more Moderator, as you have 300 members and only 4 staff, that is 1 member of staff to 75 regular members, which is a lot for a Mod or Admin to handle. Looking at post counts and such, your staff are very active, some with nearly 5000 posts or even more.

Looking at your forums Descriptions and names, I can not find any Grammar or Spelling mistakes throughout your forum. That is sure to impress any future members coming and visiting the site.
