I hope you don't find too presumptuous of me that I want to give you some advise:

Please do not use masked address. Shorteners make sense for twitter but in here they give the impression of hiding something. I have no way to know if your url is malicious or if you are trying to promote a forum for someone else who was banned here. It doesn't look good.

Secondly, pasting the same text in 10+ threads leaves a bad expectation in your posting performances. You didn't comment my thread. I think you didn't read it. For people that care not just on quantity your way to approach us is sending big red flags.

I recommend you to drop the copy and paste and show some effort in answering the threads taking in consideration what it is expressed in them. If you are already spamming for something so simple, what can I expect for my forums? I don't want this "bot" quality in our possible deals. I hope you know I am not attacking you but telling you how you're coming across.

Onto your offer, Yaiba. I am at the time not interested in ongoing active/active but I will consider striking a deal if you check my offers and decide you are interested in any of them. By the way, what is the name of your forum and what is your forum about?

However... Aren't you doing exactly that?

Look if you don't want to leave the same url you can use a free domain address like dot.co and use it as a redirector. That Way you make the address url name still give away a bit what kind of community you have. I am concerned that shortened urls may get you in trouble around here. Another thing you can do is to talk about what your forum is about and request people to PM you for the url if you have a thread for exchanges and you PMing the people that have exchange threads instead, that way there is not evidence in the board themselves but it is not likely you get reported since you're talking with people looking to strike post exchanges. I just notice you have it in your signature. Instead of leaving any url just request people to click in your signature. 🙂

I understand you're afraid people think your community is artificial because of post exchanges. The best you can do is to become selective with your exchanges. Target a few deals but go for some sort of recurrent or active deal. That way the members that you do get through exchanges will be "familiar" faces. If you find people that enjoy posting in your community and do quality posts their activity will be genuine as much as the bonds they develop there.

I love the idea of having you on my site, but lets make things fair. I took so long completing the exchanges that I decided to make them freebies. Your was one of them, so you don't have to worry about paying me back at all. Of course, if you would like to strike another post exchange with me I"ll be ecstatic about it. 🙂

Alright guys. Whether you noted it or not I've spent the last several weeks in slowly catching up with every exchange I had accepted.
I am very sorry about the time it took me. I have a work issue that has been stressing me for months. It took me by surprise.
Anyway guys what matters is this: You don't have to reciprocate at all. The deals posted between Shortie's post and Ecoo are all now freebies. I tried to post more than what we agreed, but I didn't have the same rate of excess with all. What you asked for should be there. 🙂

Also...

And yeah, it's nice to see your site back. What happened to it originally anyway?

The owner couldn't take care of it for a while and passed to a moderator, who ended erasing the hard work. I wasn't staff at the time.
Anyway, even though we have the old material we want to build the content fresh and I am happy to help with that. So we're restarting.
