Text auto show

Hello,
I was wondering what mod is it that you can set it to
when there is a new topic created in the forum

you set an amount of text that will appear when they created the forum
Let say for "website advertisement"

it will show:

Title:
URL:
Detail:

auto show in the topic once click "new topic"

Just wondering
this Mod only show on the "forum board setting" ? because i dont see it anywhere else

Is it installed? If yes go to a pre-created forum and there should be a new thing under the forum description. 😉
