I didn't get a psd, I also can't install my PS2 on this computer.

Its theme called "Whisper 2"

Well, this is how close I could get. I'll attach the .psd if anyone wants something to start with. The font is a bold italic Trebuchet MS, and I tried to get close to the original effects. :S
